I cheated on this one. A lot. I originally wanted it to look like one of the images from the Saiyuki art book, (that all went to hell pretty quickly) so I made an effort to make the faces look more or less anime-ish. Hakkai and Goku are both bitches to draw anime style, so I totally copied thier faces. Then I lifted the textures, logos and to an extent, the belts, from stock photos and ads. But it was the most time consuming cheating I've ever done, so I won't scrap it for now. I have way too much fun coming up with outfits for these boys, and yes, I know how stereotypical that just sounded...
I was going to go back and play with this some more, until I accidently saved the flattened image over my nine hundred layers and had a minor heart attack. I hate it when I do that. I will fix the background, though. I know it's sadly lacking in detail.
Sanzo's shirt says "Insured by Smith& Wesson"

Hey that's awesome. I love how you colored it all. @_@ The hair especially. It's so detailed and looks more realistic without the bold black outlines. Also the poses are awesome. :clap: I gotta give yah props for this... :+fav:

It looks really good. My one gripe is the guy in the blue shirt. His leg has been shortened too much and as a result looks akward. It should be easy to fix though. His leg would actually be behind the guy with blonde hair. Otherwise very good. You did a great job handling unique poses.
